Generate Sales Ratio Study Export

Generate a Sales Ratio Study Export file for a sales year.

Prerequisites

Sales Ratio Study Export permission is required to this export.

Generate a sales ratio study export

  1. From the left-side navigation, select Processes.

  2. Under the Exports section, select Sales Ratio Study Export.

  3. Populate the required fields.

  • Sales Year Reported: Enter the sales year.

  • Value Source: Select which values to pull from, either Sale (default) or Reassessment Appraisal.

  • Filters

    • Parcel Type (optional): Select a parcel type, either Mobile Home or Real.

    • District/Area (optional): Select districts/areas. To view all available districts/areas, select Select. Select the appropriate checkbox(es), then select Add District/Area.

    • Sales Type: Select the type of sales to include, either True Sales Only, Not True Sales, or All Sales.

    • Include Inherited (optional): Select the checkbox to include inherited parcels.

    • Include Splits (optional): Select the checkbox to include spit parcels.

  • Ranges

    • Sales Price From/To (optional): Enter or select the price range of sales to include.

  1. Select Generate Sales Export.

  2. On the Last Process Run Status panel, select Refresh.

The completed process displays in the grid.

You can now Download a PDF of the generated export, Export it as an Excel file, or view process Errors and Warnings.

Download a sales ratio study export

After generating a sales ratio study export, you can download the PDF file for saving and/or printing.

  1. From the left-sign navigation, select Processes.

  2. Under the Exports section, select Sales Ratio Study Export.

  3. Locate the process in the panel.

  4. Select Download.

The PDF downloads to your computer.

You can now save and/or print the PDF.

Export a sales ratio study export to Excel

After generating a sales ratio study export, you can export it as an .xlsx file.

  1. From the left-sign navigation, select Processes.

  2. Under the Exports section, select Sales Ratio Study Export.

  3. Locate the process in the panel.

  4. Select Export to Excel.

The sales ratio study export is exported.

View or export Errors and Warnings

View and export the Errors and Warnings for the sales ratio study export process.

  1. From the left-side navigation, select Processes.

  2. Under the Exports section, select Sales Ratio Study Export.

    Any errors or warnings display in the Errors and Warnings panel.

  3. From the Errors and Warnings panel, you can:

    • Select the parcel identifier hyperlink to go to the parcel record and fix the error or address the warning.

    • Select Export to Excel to export the list as an .xlsx file.

Tip: To remove filters applied to the results in the Errors and Warnings panel, select Reset All Filters.
